I was offered by the SPA scholarship and I am still now struggling whether to take this offer or not. The condition is such as:
1. RM24000 will be supplied for daily use and fees within the 4 years of course.
2. Have to work with the government for 5 years after graduate.
3. Have to pay back 75% out of the RM24000 which has given, meaning that have to pay back approximately RM18000.
