Special Tom Yam Sotong

Went to this place again last night.

And I got to know its name already. Instead of that freaking Jawi words, I know its name from its food menu - Pinang Sebatang. Why they always like to name their shops - DICK!?

I always like to try something new. So I ordered Tom Yam Sotong.

Shit, this thing costs me fucking RM6.

I should have gone for chicken steak at Bisik-bisik.

Including the freaking smell Durian Belanda drink - RM3.50, it burned RM9.50 in my pocket.

Moral of the story: Do not ever order Durian Belanda drink because it is tasteless. And do not order Tom Yam Sotong, or any other Tom Yam. It is expensive unless you really want to try it out and remember to bring more cash because credit cards are not accepted in this place. Malay place wat…

Nasi Goreng Cendawan Kerang

Went to this place for the second time last night.

I do not know what is the name of this shop because it was written in Jawi. Could anyone read it for me? It’s somewhere above the salam aidilfitri banner. ;)

First, I saw this banner.

Therefore, I ordered this Mee Bandung Muor betul punya.

It turned out to be like that. Haha. Overall, it was nice and you should try it.

Oh ya, forgot to tell you the place. It is behind the CIMB bank at Parit Raja. Or if you cannot recall where is CIMB bank, try to look for 7 eleven. CIMB is just few shops beside 7 eleven. And this restaurant is behind of that CIMB bank shop block.

The other I tried was this one.

The Kueh Teow Goreng Cendawan Kerang. Mind you, it is spicy. Nonetheless, delicious! I cannot resist! Haha.

Paired with this one.

Carrot Susu. This is a medium size which cost RM3.00.

It is in my recommended list in case the chinese coffee shops are closed especially on Sunday. :) It is the reasonable price and the peace and quiet environment that actually draws me.

This is the only trusted western food restaurant I ever had in Batu Pahat. Guess what?

The lamb chop! Woohoo! One of my favourites. It is just located opposite to The Summit, called the Real Joy Restaurant. Try it. Delicious.

Served with Green Tea, which hopefully washes off the lamb essence oil from my stomach. Hahaha..

Something you cannot really find in Kuching.

The Sup Kambing. Soft meat, nice taste, delicious! But very oily.

Mi rebus. I don’t really like it. Haha. It is something that I never try in Kuching before and yet, its soup tastes a little bit like satay soup. :)

Can you spot what is this car?

Toyota RAV 4? See properly.

It is a freak Perodua Kancil! Perhaps it is the limited edition of Perodua product of the year, for National Day purpose. Ha!

I wonder why this owner wants to modify his car until half dead. He should have bought a brand new Toyota RAV4 or Prado if he really likes it in that way. Why wasting money buy a Kancil then modify until it looks so horrible like a Batman car. =.=”
